DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of lithium-containing three-dimensional skeleton graphene oxide hydrogen storage material, which involves preparing graphene oxide sheets and linker monomer, coupling to obtain three-dimensional structure of graphene oxide monomer, obtaining reaction intermediate of graphene oxide matrix material using lithium naphthalene, and reacting reaction intermediate of graphene oxide matrix material with carbon dioxide.
