▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene antistatic PVC plastic cable comprises (i) mixing sodium hydroxide solution with aqueous graphene oxide dispersion and stirring to obtain alkali precipitated graphene oxide, (ii) dispersing the alkali precipitated graphene oxide into PVC solution and mixing, adding a reducing agent to remove the residual oxygen from graphene oxide and drying to obtain graphene-substituted modified PVC, and (iii) thoroughly mixing the graphene-substituted modified PVC with a cross-linking agent, a modifier, a plasticizer, a stabilizer, a flame retardant and an inorganic filler in a high-mixer, extruding in a twin-screw extruder to sizing, cross-linking with cobalt-60 gamma -ray irradiation and cooling. USE - The cable is useful in coal mine. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the antistatic property of cable and the thermal stability of PVC.
