NOVELTY - Preparing graphene umbrella cloth comrpises (1) preparing 20-90 pts. wt. graphene solution, and 70-130 pts. wt. water-soluble polyurethane solution; (2) pouring the graphene solution into ultrasonic oscillator, adding a dispersant, starting the ultrasonic oscillator, and ultrasonic time is 1-1.5 hours, to obtain dispersed graphene solution; (3) adding the dispersed graphene solution to the water-soluble polyurethane solution, mixing with mixer at 30-130°C for 20-30 minutes to prepare a graphene shielding agent solution; (4) arranging the fabric base of umbrella into dipping machine dipping tank, spraying the graphene shielding agent solution on fabric base fabric of umbrella, carrying out padding through the second dipping and second rolling process at 20-60℃ for 20-40 minutes, and obtaining graphene woven fabric; and (5) drying fabric base cloth of the umbrella at high temperature to obtain the finished graphene textile fabric, which is the graphene umbrella textile fabric. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene umbrella cloth. ADVANTAGE - The method: adds a dispersant to a graphene solution and perform ultrasonic vibration to improve the compatibility of graphene solution, graphene solution can quickly be compatible with water-soluble polyurethane solution, so that graphene woven cloth can be made faster. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacturing the graphene umbrella comprising (A) firstly using the equipment to bend the umbrella rib leaf, bending the umbrella rib leaf into arc shape, taking a hollow pipe with diameter of 14-18mm, cutting the hollow pipe, cutting the hollow pipe into the length of 50-80 cm to obtain umbrella rib middle rod with length of 50-80cm and diameter of 14-18mm; (B) rotating the umbrella handle into the lower end of the umbrella rib through the assembly equipment; (C) assembling the rib middle rod and rib leaf; (D) splicing the cut umbrella fabrics together, sewing the umbrella fabrics on the rib leaves respectively to obtain the umbrella surface; and (E) fixing the umbrella top in the middle of the top of the umbrella.
