NOVELTY - Electrically conductive and corrosion resistant graphene-based coating composition comprises 50-99 wt.% binder, 1-30 wt.% high-pressure airless-sprayed expanded graphene stacks, 0.10-5 wt.% carbon fibers, and 0.10-5 wt.% dispersing agent, where the composition has an electrical conductivity of at least 2 S/cm and a pull-off adhesion of at least 2 MPa, or electrically conductive and corrosion resistant graphene-based coating composition comprises 50 -99 wt.% binder, a graphene filler and a dispersing agent, where the graphene filler comprises high-pressure airless-sprayed expanded graphene stacks, and the composition has an electrical conductivity of at least 1 S/cm, and a pull-off adhesion of at least 2 MPa. USE - Electrically conductive and corrosion resistant graphene-based coating composition. ADVANTAGE - The composition provides anti-corrosion protection, and improved mechanical strength, such as improved adhesion, improved barrier protection, or improved wear resistance.
