▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-coated zinc oxide photocatalyst is prepared by reacting positively charged zinc oxide surface with negatively charged oxygen-containing functional groups-containing graphene oxide. USE - Graphene-coated zinc oxide photocatalyst (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-coated zinc oxide photocatalyst has large contact area, and excellent photocatalytic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-coated zinc oxide photocatalyst, which involves aminating zinc oxide surface, reacting positively charged zinc oxide surface with negatively charged oxygen-containing functional groups-containing graphene oxide to obtain graphene oxide-coated zinc oxide composite, heating the graphene oxide-coated zinc oxide composite in a reducing gas at 500-800 degrees C, and annealing for 2-3 hours.
