NOVELTY - Preparing epoxy modified polyurethane main agent resin comprises (a) adding the polydihydric alcohol and diisocyanate reaction under the action of catalyst to obtain isocyanate prepolymer, (b) reacting the isocyanate prepolymer with the epoxy modifier to obtain the isocyanate terminated polyurethane-epoxy resin block copolymer containing oxazolidone group, (c) carrying out the crosslinking with the polyurethane-epoxy resin block copolymer to obtain the micro-cross-linked high molecular polymer and (d) subjecting the micro-cross linked polymer and coupling agent for modifying and modifying reaction to obtain epoxy modified polyurethane main agent resin. USE - The resin and adhesive are useful for the bonding of the outer layer of the lithium battery aluminum-plastic film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The resin and adhesive: improves the punching performance of the aluminum plastic film, tear strength and chemical corrosion resistance; is simple; improves the production efficiency and benefit of the aluminum plastic film; is easy to hydrolyze and easy to prepare; has low bonding strength of the technical problem of the prior art and improves the performance of wet heat resistance and hydrolysis resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: a single-component intrinsic hydrolysis-resistant and stewing-resistant aluminum-plastic film outer adhesive comprising 10-30% epoxy modified polyurethane main agent resin, 0.1-5% latent curing agent, 2-5% auxiliary agent, 0.5-3% graphene material and 65-85% solvent; and use method of single-component intrinsic hydrolysis-resistant and steam-boiling resistant aluminum-plastic film outer layer adhesive for the bonding of the outer layer of the lithium battery aluminum-plastic film comprising coating the aluminum-plastic film outer adhesive on the surface of the aluminum foil, drying solvent at 40-70℃, unwinding the nylon layer or polyethylene glycol terephthalate layer and pressurizing to heat joint.
