▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Optical fiber miRNA sensor based on the gold nanoparticle coated with graphene oxide, comprises broadband light source, Y-shaped optical fiber, optical fiber probe, spectrometer, where the sensing probe side is coated with graphene oxide-gold nano-RNA composite material (GO-AuNPs-RNA probe), the end of the optical fiber probe is coated with a reflective silver mirror; the light enters the optical fiber sensing probe through the Y-shaped optical fiber, and excites the graphene oxide-gold nano-sensitive material on the side of the probe to generate a localized surface plasmon resonance. USE - The sensor and the probe are useful for quantitative detection of RNA (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sensor overcomes the disadvantages of traditional method, expensive and, lays the foundation for application of optical fibre LSPR sensor in the field of biomedicine diagnosis.
