▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene comprises placing graphite under inert gas atmosphere; heating at 200-400 degrees C for 0.50-2.0 hours; cooling at room temperature to obtain graphene oxide; mixing graphene oxide with urea; putting mixture in mixed gas atmosphere of inert gas and ammonia gas; heating at 1-10 degrees C/minute at 800-1100 degrees C for 0.50-2.0 hours; and cooling at room temperature to obtain nitrogen-doped graphene. USE - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple device requirement, easy operation, low cost raw materials, and suitable for large-scale industrial production. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a block diagram of a process for preparing nitrogen-doped graphene (Drawing includes non-English language text).
