NOVELTY - Synthesizing hydrogen peroxide based on alternating current electrolysis involves using water and conductive auxiliary electrolyte as electrolyte, and controlling the current density, power frequency and waveform by the alternating current variable frequency power supply, so that the electrode plate continuously carries out anode and cathode conversion, when the electrode plate is used as an anode, then oxygen is generated on the surface of the electrode plate, when the electrode plate is changed from the anode to the cathode, then the oxygen generated in the anode state or the oxygen introduced together with the outside is reduced to generate hydrogen peroxide. USE - Method for synthesizing hydrogen peroxide using device and used for sewage treatment, and water disinfection treatment. ADVANTAGE - The method provide environmental protection, safety, require no need of noble metal anode, shows high electrolysis efficiency, low energy consumption and low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) Device for synthesizing hydrogen peroxide based on alternating current electrolysis, which comprises electrolytic cell 1 and a group of electrode plates 2 arranged in the electrolytic cell, where electrode plate further comprises an alternating current variable frequency power supply 3, where the alternating current variable frequency power supply is electrically connected with the electrode plate. (2) Method of use of hydrogen peroxide based on alternating current electrolysis in sewage treatment, which involves using sewage as electrolyte, adding ultraviolet lamp tube into the electrolyte, and hydrogen peroxide generates hydroxyl radicals under the catalysis of ultraviolet rays generated by the ultraviolet lamp tube, and organic matters in the sewage are oxidized and degraded by utilizing the strong oxidizing property of the hydroxyl radicals. (3) Method of water disinfection treatment using hydrogen peroxide based on alternating current electrolysis, which involves using treated sewage, swimming pool water or tap water as electrolyte, adding an ultraviolet lamp tube into the electrolyte, and hydrogen peroxide generates hydroxyl radicals under the catalysis of ultraviolet rays generated by the ultraviolet lamp tube, so that the strong oxidizing property of the hydroxyl radicals is utilized to kill microorganisms in the water.
