NOVELTY - A solvent-free epoxy self-leveling antistatic paint comprises components (A) and (B) in a mass ratio of (4-6):1. The component (A) comprises 25-35 pts. wt. bisphenol A epoxy resin, 1.2-1.6 pts. wt. active diluent alkyl glycidyl ether, 1.4-1.8 pts. wt. benzyl alcohol, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. Disponer 9250 (RTM: Wetting and dispersing agent), 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. defoaming agent, 0.5-0.7 pt. wt. leveling agent, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. wax powder, 0.6-0.9 pt. wt. anti-settling agent, 45-50 pts. wt. silicon barium powder, 8-12 pts. wt. epoxy color paste, 3-6 pts. wt. conductive graphene, 2.5-5.5 pts. wt. conductive additive, and 1.8-2.6 pts. wt. cetyltrimethylammonium bromide. The component (B) is a polyetheramine curing agent. USE - Solvent-free epoxy self-leveling antistatic paint. ADVANTAGE - The solvent-free epoxy self-leveling antistatic paint has stability and durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the solvent-free epoxy self-leveling antistatic paint, which involves: (1) mixing bisphenol A type epoxy resin and active diluent alkyl glycidyl ether with benzyl alcohol, then stirring at 250-350 rpm for 10-20 minutes, continuously adding Disponer 9250 (RTM: Wetting and dispersing agent), defoaming agent, leveling agent and epoxy color paste, continuously stirring for 5-10 minutes, then adding wax powder and anti-settling agent, carrying out high speed dispersion at 600-800 rpm for 10-15 minutes, continuously adding silicon barium powder, increasing the speed to 1000-2000 rpm, and dispersing at high speed for 50-80 minutes to obtain a slurry; (2) grinding the slurry obtained in step (1) to a fineness of 40-50 mu m, then adding epoxy color paste, dispersing at high speed for 10-15 minutes, and rotating at 600-800 rpm to obtain a semi-finished product; (3) filtering the semi-finished product obtained in step (2) with a screen of 80-100 mesh, adding conductive graphene, conductive additive and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, dispersing at high speed for 15-25 minutes, stirring at 1000-1200rpm, filling with nitrogen, vacuum filling to get the component (A) and storing; and (4) adding the polyetheramine curing agent to a stirring tank, stirring at 500-600 rpm for 8-12 minutes, filling with nitrogen, vacuum filling to obtain component (B), and storing.
