▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The spring element (10) has a spring portion (11) that is provided with multiple plate-type leaf springs (11a). The plate-type support portion (12) and load portion (13) are connected to both ends of the leaf spring in the first direction. The leaf spring is configured by laminating several sheet portions in the thickness direction. The sheet portions are bonded together by intermolecular force. The planes perpendicular to the thickness direction of the sheet portions constituting the leaf spring are parallel to each other. A surface of the leaf spring perpendicular to the thickness direction is connected to the load portion and the support portion at a predetermined angle. USE - Spring element of actuator (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The reversible deformation range of the spring element is increased, while requiring less installation space. The deformation of the spring portion is recovered after the load applied to the load portion is removed.
