NOVELTY - Electrochemical micro sensor comprises array of working microelectrodes includes bare microelectrodes, thick film-coated microelectrodes, optionally with conductive additive incorporated into coating of polysaccharide-coated microelectrodes and platinum black-coated microelectrodes, thin film-coated microelectrodes of reduced graphene oxide-coated microelectrode and transition metal chalcogenide-coated microelectrodes, where electrochemical micro sensor has counter electrode (3) and reference microelectrode (2). USE - Electrochemical micro sensor used to coat the electrodes, capillary whole blood sample or capillary plasma sample, e.g., finger-prick blood sample. ADVANTAGE - The electrochemical microsensor increase in peak intensity with increasing dru g concentration in the sample, attests to the detectability of clozapine, enhance its sensitivity towards redox active drugs such as clozapine, enables their detection even in small (microliters) blood sample volumes, can simply immerse in a solution to be analyzed such that the base of the cylinder, and evaluates the sensing performance of the model.
