NOVELTY - An electrical-electronic apparatus consists of a heat-radiation component, and a heat-generating element attached to the heat-radiation component. The heat generating element comprises an adhesive layer and a protection film. The heat-radiation component comprises a graphene sheet which is formed by adding graphite to mixed solution of sulfuric acid and nitric acid, stirring, adding potassium chlorate as oxidizing agent, stirring, then adding secondary oxidant, stirring, neutralizing, washing with distilled water, drying and heat-treating. USE - Electrical-electronic apparatus (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrical-electronic apparatus has high thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An electrical-electronic apparatus consists of a heat-radiation component, and a heat-generating element attached to the heat-radiation component. The heat generating element comprises an adhesive layer and a protection film. The heat-radiation component comprises a graphene sheet which is formed by adding 100-2000 pts. wt. graphite to mixed solution of sulfuric acid and nitric acid, stirring at 0 degrees C for 24 hours, adding 100-400 pts. wt. potassium chlorate as oxidizing agent to obtained graphite-acid mixture, stirring at 20 degrees C or less, then adding secondary oxidant, stirring at room temperature for 72 hours, neutralizing, washing with distilled water, drying at 80 degrees C and heat-treating at 700-2000 degrees C for 5 minutes in argon atmosphere. The thermal conductivity of graphene sheet is 700-2000 W/mk. The heat-generating element is plasma display panel. The heat-radiation component using the graphene sheet is light-emitting diode, liquid crystal display, cold cathode fluorescent lamp and fresh frozen plasma. The mass ratio of sulfuric acid and nitric acid in the mixed solution is 7:3.
