NOVELTY - The plate has an organic matrix unit formed on a surface of a target plate. A parylene thin film i.e. parylene-N thin film, is formed on the target plate that includes the organic matrix unit, and covers the entire organic matrix unit. A sample fixing layer is formed on the parylene-N thin film without being mixed with a sample i.e. analysis target sample, and made of specific material. An analysis target is formed on the parylene-N thin film. The parylene-N thin film includes thickness of 10 nano meter to 100 nano meter. USE - Sample plate for a matrix assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometer for measuring molecular weight of high-volatile material e.g. graphene-type high-volatile material and carbon nano tube-type high-volatile material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The plate prevents the analysis target from being evaporated into the air. The plate designs the parylene thin film with uniform and tight surface and excellent waterproof and electrical insulation properties. The plate allows an ionized sample to be passed through a flight tube to be collide with a detector such that the mass spectrometer calculates time that is consumed until the ionized sample collides with the detector from the surface of the sample plate, thus perceiving the mass of the compound configuring the sample. The plate allows compound to be easily ionized when the laser is illuminated, thus increasing an amount of the compound ions to collide with the detector and to analyze the mass of the compound. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The sample fixing layer is made of graphene and carbon nano tube. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing a sample plate (2) a mass spectrometry method using a matrix assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometer.
