USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based thermal thin film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces product having high electric conductivity, good mechanical property, and controllable thickness; utilizes easily available raw material sources; and is suitable for easy large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-based thermal thin film, comprises (i) subjecting graphite oxide and 0.5-6 mg/ml hydrosol to ultrasound, to obtain graphene oxide-hydrosol; (ii) stirring step (i) product with bio-material, pressing, crushing, to obtain a slurry, diluting bio-material with a solvent, adding 1-20 mg/ml slurry, and subjecting the materials to ultrasound filtration, to obtain filtrate-containing bio-material; (iii) taking graphite oxide with bio-material in a mass ratio of 1:5-10, adding bio-material with graphene oxide-hydrosol, reacting for 10 minutes-48 hours at room temperature at 100 degrees C, and carrying out reduction reaction, to obtain graphene thin films; and (iv) subjecting graphene thin film to thermal annealing process for 0.5-1 hours under argon atmosphere, to obtain high thermal conductivity product.
