▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Slurry comprises 9-69 pts. wt. pre-lithiated active substance, 30-90 pts. wt. solvent, 0.5-15 pts. wt. binder and 0.5-15 pts. wt. conductive agent. The pre-lithiated active substance comprises at least one of lithium peroxide, lithium oxide, lithium sulfide, Lithium nitride and/or lithium manganite. The solvent comprises at least one of dimethyl carbonate, diethyl carbonate, methyl ethyl carbonate, ethyl acetate, dioxane and/or propylene glycol methyl ether. The binder comprises at least one of acrylic ester, styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) and/or acrylic ester multi-polymer. The conductive agent comprises at least one of conductive carbon black, acetylene black, kojen black, carbon nano tube and/or graphene. USE - The slurry is useful for preparing lithium battery diaphragm (claimed) and in lithium ion battery of automobile power, power storage, portable electronic product and electric tool. ADVANTAGE - The slurry: produces composite diaphragm which improves the first effect and energy density of the battery, controllable pre-lithiation degree and matches design production according to different formulations of different factories, so as to avoid battery problems e.g. lithium precipitation caused by insufficient pre-lithiation degree or insufficient pre-lithiation; and preparation process is simple and economical and with low environment requirement and can be solved from the raw material end diaphragm of the lithium-ion battery without affecting the production efficacy manufacturer.
