▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A high-strength plastics comprise a modified substrate and an anticorrosive coating applied on surface of the modified substrate. The modified substrate is prepared by pre-treating substrate, and carrying out surface modification using silane coupling agent (A). The anticorrosive coating comprises 60-70 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 25-30 pts. wt. ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 30-40 pts. wt. silane coupling agent (B) and 10-15 pts. wt. modified graphene. USE - High-strength plastics. ADVANTAGE - The degradable and environmentally-friendly plastics have excellent strength, water resistance and corrosion resistance, and can be prepared by easy and simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the plastics, which involves ultrasonically dispersing zirconium phosphate and n-butylamine for 1-1.2 hours, stirring, reacting for 20-22 hours, drying to obtain modified zirconium phosphate, stirring modified zirconium phosphate, cationic starch, corn starch and glycerin for 30-40 minutes, extruding, granulating to obtain modified starch, mixing modified starch, compatibilizer, polyethylene and corn starch for 40-50 minutes, extruding, granulating, molding to obtain pre-treated substrate, placing in acetone solution, ultrasonically processing for 20-30 minutes, mechanically polishing surface of resultant, washing, drying, soaking in silane coupling agent (A) solution at 110-120 degrees C for 20-30 minutes to obtain modified substrate, ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide and zinc nitrate solution for 20-30 minutes, adding phosphoric acid and sodium dihydrogen phosphate, microwave heating to 65-70 degrees C for 15-20 minutes, add the filler, stirring for 25 minutes, separating, washing with deionized water, calcining at 90-100 degrees C for 5-7 minutes to obtain modified graphene, mixing epoxy resin and ethylene glycol monobutyl ether for 20-30 minutes, adding silane coupling agent (B) and modified graphene, stirring for 8-10 hours, reacting, immersing in modified substrate in resultant solution at 30-40 degrees C for 12-15 hours.
