NOVELTY - Low temperature curing epoxy anticorrosive powder coating comprises 50-55 pts. wt. phenolic modified epoxy resin, 12-18 pts. wt. bisphenol A epoxy resin, 13-19 pts. wt. low temperature curing agent, 2-6 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1-4 pts. wt. accelerator, 3-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-2 pts. wt. preservatives, 8-12 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide and 10-14 pts. wt. graphene nanosheets. USE - The coating is useful in steel buried pipeline, concrete reinforcing steel bar, bridge reinforcing steel cable fields. ADVANTAGE - The coating has good low-temperature curing performance, anti-corrosion performance, mechanical performance, high productivity coating performance; is ecological, environmentally-friendly and economical and has low melting viscosity, good fluidity, excellent physical performance, good electric insulative and chemical corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the low temperature curing epoxy anticorrosive powder coating comprising (a) pouring each component into the container for fully mixing, where the stirring speed is 2500-3000 revolutions/minute, (b) passing the obtained mixture in an extruder, melting and extruding at 80-90degrees Celsius and (c) grinding the extruded material by a grinding machine into powder, and sieving to obtain the product.
