NOVELTY - An electrochemical enzyme sensor constructing method involves preparing a myoglobin-graphene tube modified electrode by preparing a carbon ionic liquid electrode, modifying the nano-material graphene tube on the surface of the carbon ionic liquid electrode to improve properties of the electrode interface, after natural drying, dropping myoglobin and Nafion (RTM: Proton-conductive polymer film) successively and fixing on the electrode interface to obtain myoglobin and graphene tube modified electrodes, labeling as Nafion (RTM: Proton-conductive polymer film)/myoglobin/graphene tube/carbon ionic liquid electrode, and placing a sensing electrode to be used in a refrigerator at 4 degrees C for storage. USE - Method for constructing electrochemical enzyme sensor for electrocatalytic reduction and concentration detection of trichloroacetic acid and detection of concentration (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables constructing electrochemical enzyme sensor with better electro-catalytic reduction performance.
