▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves dissolving oxidant in organic solvent. The organic solvent is contained with oxide graphite alkene quantum point/oxidant. The oxidized graphite alkene quantum point/oxidant is dissolved with liquid that is mixed with an electric conduction polymer monomer to obtain polymerization reaction. A surface of a film groove is applied with the electric conduction polymer monomer. A porous graphene quantum point/electric conduction polymer/titanium oxide or zinc oxide composite thin film is arranged on a metal oxide layer. USE - Polymer composite gas sensitive thin film manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacturing a gas sensitive thin film with wide range of applications, enlarging table area and improving gas sensitive material property.
