NOVELTY - Preparing toad feeding hydrogel dressing comprises (1) cleaning bufonis with running water to drain turbidity, freeze-drying, and grinding into powder, (2) cleaning myrobalan, Gardenia, golden cypress, radix cyathulae, Angelica dahurica, liquorice, Angelica root and Salvia miltiorrhiza, air-drying, grinding into powder, and adding ethanol solution, (3) adding toad powder, extracting, asiaticoside and vitamin E to deionized water first, adding phenoxyethanol, and uniformly mixing to obtain mixed solution, (4) mixing and dissolving N-isopropylacrylamide, N,N-methylenebisacrylamide, ammonium persulfate, polydopamine nanospheres, p-phenylene terephthalamide and alpha-cyclodextrin in de-ionized water, filling mixed solution into graphite aerogel network, and cooling to room temperature for polymerization, and (5) placing composite hydrogel, freeze-drying, soaking lyophilized hydrogel slices in mixed solution until hydrogel reached swelling equilibrium state, and taking out. USE - The toad feeding hydrogel dressing is useful for malignant tumor ulceration and inhibiting growth of tumour from wound. ADVANTAGE - The toad feeding hydrogel dressing: has small toxicity and side effects; can speed up the healing of ruptured wounds under heating or near-infrared assisted conditions; and is not easy to relapse after the ruptured wound is healed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing toad feeding hydrogel dressing comprises (1) cleaning bufonis with running water to drain the turbidity, freeze-drying, grinding into powder, and passing through 400-500 mesh sieve to obtain toad powder, (2) cleaning myrobalan, Gardenia, golden cypress, radix cyathulae, Angelica dahurica, liquorice, Angelica root and Salvia miltiorrhiza, air-drying, grinding into powder, passing through 80-100 mesh sieve to obtain mixture powder, adding 20 times volume of 70-80% ethanol solution, 18-20 kHz ultrasonic extraction for 60-90 minutes, and filtering and concentrating to obtain extract, (3) adding toad powder, extracting, asiaticoside and vitamin E to deionized water first, uniformly dispersing, dropping into glycerol, adding phenoxyethanol, and uniformly mixing to obtain mixed solution, (4) mixing and dissolving N-isopropylacrylamide, N,N-methylenebisacrylamide, ammonium persulfate, polydopamine nanospheres, p-phenylene terephthalamide and alpha-cyclodextrin in de-ionized water, introducing in nitrogen to remove oxygen, adding tetramethylethylenediamine to the mixed solution, immersing the graphene aerogel in the mixed solution and vacuuming, filling the mixed solution into the graphite aerogel network, heating it at 50-55degrees Celsius for 30-45 minutes, and cooling to room temperature for polymerization for 10-12 hours to obtain composite hydrogel, and (5) placing the composite hydrogel at -20degrees Celsius for 3 hours, freeze-drying, soaking the lyophilized hydrogel slices in the mixed solution for 3 days until the hydrogel reached swelling equilibrium state, and taking out the toad feeding hydrogel dressing.
