NOVELTY - Graphene heavy-duty anticorrosive primer comprises component A (main paint): 135-150 pts. wt. modified epoxy resin, 3-5 pts. wt. wetting and dispersing agent, 2-5 pts. wt. defoamer, 10-12 pts. wt. organic bentonite, 18-20 pts. wt. polyamide wax paste, 8-10 pts. wt. fumed silica, 30 pts. wt. n-butanol, 25-30 pts. wt. xylene, 3-5 pts. wt. low surfactant, 20-30 pts. wt. 800 mesh micaceous iron oxide, 40-50 pts. wt. 800 mesh mica powder, 300-350 pts. wt. 800 mesh composite iron titanium powder, 300-350 pts. wt. zinc powder, 10-12 pts. wt. nanoscale graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. diphenyl phthalate, and 8-16 pts. wt. xylene; and component B (curing agent): 37-39 pts. wt. xylene, 13-14 pts. wt. n-butanol, 2-3 pts. wt. epoxy accelerator, 8-10 pts. wt. modified amine and 35-38 pts. wt. polyamide; and the weight ratio of component A to component B is 10:1. USE - Used as graphene heavy-duty anticorrosive primer. ADVANTAGE - The primer has long-lasting anti-corrosion properties, wide applicability and construction convenience, good conductivity and self-repair of coating, water and oil repellency; is self-dried at room temperature, saves energy and facilitates industrialization. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene heavy-duty anticorrosive primer, comprising (i) adding modified epoxy resin, wetting and dispersing agent, defoaming agent, low surfactant, organic bentonite, fumed silica, anti-settling agent, xylene and n-butanol in a dispersion tank and stirring at 2000 revolutions per minute, dispersing at high speed for 30 minutes to fineness less than 30 mu m; adding anti-rust pigment fillers e.g. micaceous iron oxide, mica powder, diphenyl phthalate, nano-scale graphene and zinc powder, stirring for 30 minutes to a fineness of less than or equal to 70 mu m, and adding xylene to adjust the viscosity to 110-120 KU (25 degrees C); and preparing curing agent by mixing a modified amine, epoxy curing agent accelerator, polyamide, and xylene in another dispersion tank.
