NOVELTY - Preparing composite material graphene involves (1) regulating pulse current density under oxygen-free atmosphere to make metal substrate return and recrystallize, (2) introducing carbon-containing gas, (3) controlling pulse current density to make surface temperature of the metal substrate reach the phase change temperature above, (4) depositing graphene on the surface of metal substrate, and (5) under the protection of a protection gas atmosphere, controlling pulsed current density to make metal substrate deposited with graphene return and re-crystallize again, so that graphene grows to form a graphene film. USE - Preparation method of composite material graphene used for energy storage device comprises capacitor, transformer or battery. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method uses high-frequency pulse current to deposit graphene film, through Joule heat effect, the metal substrate can be quickly heated in very short time, which can effectively avoid heat loss caused by traditional heating and control pulse current can promote carbon-containing gas to deposit on surface of metal base material to form a graphene film. At the same time, it can promote metal base materials dislocation of sliding, climbing and annihilation, improves evolution rate of the microstructure, accelerates the recovery and recrystallization rate, to improve deposition efficiency.
