NOVELTY - Method for preparing microbial degradation material involves adding gelatin to the microbial seed bacterial liquid, evenly stirring the mixture to obtain gelatin liquid, mixing graphene oxide and amino acid, then adding magnetized water, performing high temperature and high pressure immersion and swelling treatment to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, adding hyaluronic acid to the amino acid-modified graphene oxide dispersion, sterilizing while evenly stirring the mixture in an autoclave, precipitating, washing and drying the precipitate, adding the dried product and N,N-methylenebisacrylamide to water, ultrasonically stirring, washing the precipitate with water to obtain modified graphene oxide, adding gelatin gum, modified graphene oxide, vinylpyrrolidone and sterile water into a reactor, then adding initiator and crosslinking agent, stirring and reacting to obtain the product. USE - The microbial degradation material is useful for ammonia nitrogen treatment in rural production sewage or rural domestic sewage (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The microbial degradation material improves the degradation of harmful substances in wastewater by microorganisms, and achieves efficient removal of ammonia nitrogen. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing microbial degradation material involves (a) adding gelatin to the microbial seed bacterial liquid and evenly stirring the mixture for 90-120 minutes to obtain gelatin liquid, (b) uniformly mixing graphene oxide and amino acid, then adding magnetized water, performing high temperature and high pressure immersion and swelling treatment at 70-110 degrees C and air pressure 0.1-0.3 MPa for 30-60 minutes to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, adding hyaluronic acid to the amino acid-modified graphene oxide dispersion, sterilizing at 140-180 degrees C for 60-120 minutes while evenly stirring the mixture in an autoclave, precipitating, washing and drying the precipitate, adding the dried product and N,N-methylenebisacrylamide to water, ultrasonically stirring for 30-60 minutes and washing the precipitate with water to obtain modified graphene oxide and (c) adding 20-30 pts. wt. gelatin gum, 3-5 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 10-15 pts. wt. vinylpyrrolidone and 100-120 pts. wt. sterile water into a reactor, then adding 0.15-0.3 pt. wt. initiator and 0.05-0.1 pt. wt. crosslinking agent, stirring and reacting at 25-40 degrees C for 2-5 hours to obtain the product.
