NOVELTY - Preparing a thermoplastic resin composition involves: (1) preparing a carboxy-terminated polysiloxane modified epoxy resin by evacuating hydroxy-terminated polysiloxane under the condition of 0.05-0.1 MPa, stirring and heating at 100-150 degrees C for 2-3 hours, dripping an acid anhydride compound, continuously reacting for 2-4 hours to form a modified carboxy-terminated polysiloxane, adding the modified carboxy-terminated polysiloxane to an epoxy resin, then adding an accelerator to disperse for 30-60 minutes, heating at 60-100 degrees C under stirring, and reacting for 2-3 hours; and (2) preparing a dendritic three-dimensional graphene oxide by adding zinc ion electrolyte to a mixed solution of absolute ethanol and deionized water, pre-dispersing by magnetic stirring for 30-60 minutes to get a zinc ion electrolyte mixture, adding the ultrasonically dispersed carboxy functional graphene oxide mixed liquid to the zinc ion electrolyte mixed liquid, and then vacuum drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing a thermoplastic resin composition, which is useful in a thermoplastic adhesive film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the thermoplastic resin composition with high thermal conductivity and insulation property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing a thermoplastic resin composition involves: (1) preparing a carboxy-terminated polysiloxane modified epoxy resin by evacuating hydroxy-terminated polysiloxane under the condition of 0.05-0.1 MPa, stirring and heating at 100-150 degrees C for 2-3 hours, dripping an anhydride compound, continuously reacting for 2-4 hours to form a modified carboxy-terminated polysiloxane, adding the modified carboxy-terminated polysiloxane to an epoxy resin, then adding an accelerator to disperse for 30-60 minutes, heating at 60-100 degrees C under stirring, and reacting for 2-3 hours; (2) preparing a dendritic three-dimensional graphene oxide by adding zinc ion electrolyte to a mixed solution of absolute ethanol and deionized water, pre-dispersing by magnetic stirring for 30-60 minutes to get a zinc ion electrolyte mixture, adding the ultrasonically dispersed carboxy functional graphene oxide mixed liquid to the zinc ion electrolyte mixed liquid, and then vacuum drying under the conditions of 0.05-0.1 MPa and 60-90 degrees C for 6-12 hours; and (3) preparing the thermoplastic resin composition by adding the dendritic three-dimensional graphene oxide to the carboxy-terminated polysiloxane modified epoxy resin, mixing and stirring. In step (3), the mass ratio of the dendritic three-dimensional graphene oxide to the carboxy-terminated polysiloxane-modified epoxy resin is 20:80-70:30. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) the thermoplastic resin composition prepared by the above method; and (2) use of the thermoplastic resin composition in a thermoplastic film, which involves adding a solvent, an epoxy curing agent and a curing accelerator to the thermoplastic resin composition, mixing to obtain a mixed glue solution, then coating the mixed glue solution on a polyimide-based film by a slit coating method and drying.
