▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A gas sensitive material comprises tin oxide and graphene quantum dots, where mass of the graphene quantum dots is 5-15% of total mass of the gas sensitive material. USE - Gas sensitive material for detecting low concentration of acetone in air and use as thermal-sensitive gas sensor material. ADVANTAGE - The gas sensitive material rapidly detects low concentration of acetone in air, and has sensitivity of 1.2-1.5 when concentration of acetone is 0.1 part per million and sensitivity of 100-140 when concentration of acetone is 1000 parts per million, at working temperature of 270 degrees C and response recovery time of less than 50 seconds, as compared to gas sensitivity of less than 4.1 at same working temperature when utilized for formaldehyde, ethanol, toluene, benzene and trimethylamine having concentration of 1000 parts per million.
