▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for forming stable and uniform dispersion of bifacial graphene in natural rubber latex involves stirring natural rubber latex with aqueous dispersion of bifacial graphene to form stable dispersion of natural rubber latex/bifacial graphene. USE - Method for forming stable and uniform dispersion of bifacial graphene in natural rubber latex for preparing composite film for artificial skin, sensors, electromagnetic shielding, energy storage, gloves and condom material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared stable dispersion provides composite film with excellent mechanical property and electrical property due to use of bifacial graphene with hydrophilic end to improve water dispersibility and hydrophobic end to retain properties of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of natural rubber latex/bifacial graphene composite film, which involves mixing the stable dispersion of natural rubber latex/bifacial graphene with natural rubber latex compounding agent under alkaline and pre-vulcanization temperature condition, reducing the bifacial graphene, film forming and vulcanizing; and (2) the composite film, which has tensile strength of 25-40 MPa and 100% fixed tensile stress of 0.8-1.2 MPa, rubber latex film flexibility under low strain condition, conductivity of 10-8 to 1 S/m, sensitivity factor of 50-1000 at strain of 5-25% and dielectric constant of 300-500 and dielectric loss of 0.01-2 at room temperature under working frequency of 10 Hz.
