NOVELTY - Banana stalks are crushed and dried, to form banana stalk powder. Waste plastic is crushed and dried to obtain plastic granules. Graphene is processed and stirred, to obtain treated graphene. Triethanolamine soap is added to treated graphene and activated, to obtain activated graphene powder. Plastic granules are added to banana stalk powder. Activated graphene powder and compound (a) are added to mixture, heated and ground. Compound (b) is added to mixture, mixed and extruded, to obtain three-dimensional printed material. USE - Preparation of three-dimensional printed material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of three-dimensional printed material with high efficiency, and excellent tensile strength and breakage elongation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - 110-176 pts. wt. Selected banana stalks are crushed and sieved to 200-300 mesh, to obtain powder. The powder is dried at 100-105 degrees C for 2.2-3.5 hours, to form banana stalk powder with moisture content of 1% or less. 32-40 pts. wt. Waste plastic is preliminary crushed with hard plastic crusher. The waste plastic is added to intermittent mixing plastic washing machine, and the surface of dirt is removed. The waste plastic is naturally dried, to obtain selected plastic. The selected plastic is placed in low-temperature mill under nitrogen or dry ice, processed at -90 degrees C to -110 degrees C for 2-3 hours and sieved to 200-300 mesh to obtain plastic granules. 1-2 pts. wt. Graphene is processed with magnetic field strength of 5000-6800 GS, ultrasonic power of 240-600 W, 40-55 degrees C and 200-300 rpm and stirred for 16-40 minutes, to obtain treated graphene. 0.4-0.6 pt. wt. Triethanolamine soap is added to treated graphene, activated at 52-76 degrees C and 60-150 rpm for 0.8-1.7 hours, to obtain activated graphene powder. Plastic granules are added to banana stalk powder. Activated graphene powder, 60-75 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 35-52 pts. wt. potassium tripolyphosphate and 4.2-8.5 pts. wt. compound (a) are added to mixture, heated at 180-225 degrees C, stirred at 200-300 rpm for 2.8-4.3 hours and cooled to room temperature, to obtain three-dimensional printed primary material. The three-dimensional printed primary material is ground at -92 degrees C to -155 degrees C. 3.5-5.6 pts. wt. Compound (b) is added to mixture and mixed. The mixed mixture is added to screw extruder, extruded at 168-205 degrees C and 100-115 rpm, to obtain three-dimensional printed material.
