NOVELTY - Graphene grease, comprises 1-2 wt.% nano graphene, 0.5 wt.% dispersant, 14-20 wt.% thickening agent, and base oil (remaining amount). USE - Used as graphene grease. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple technique, good effect, uses high purity graphene, can obviously improve the lubricating performance of the lubricating grease, reduces the coefficient of friction, reduces the friction loss. The graphene will not chemically react with the metal surface, can be physically absorbed into film protection friction interface, reduces the abrasion, is capable of filling and repairing the abrasion of the friction interface under the high temperature and high pressure environment, can form carburizing to the inner wall surface of the engine for long time, improves the surface strength, and prolongs the service life of the mechanical component. The grease has better adaptability to high and low temperature environment, and the highest using temperature is far higher than common lubricating grease. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: preparing graphene grease, comprising (1) firstly adding dispersant into base oil, and stirring at medium speed for 30 minutes; (2) uniformly adding nano graphene into base oil at a constant speed, stirring at a high speed with multi-stage high-speed disperser for 2 hours, allowing to stand for 30 minutes, continuously stirring for 2 hours, and stabilizing the system to obtain graphene lubricating oil; (3) adding thickening agent into graphene lubricating oil, heating to 180-200℃, and stirring at high speed for 2 hours to obtain mixture; and (4) cooling the mixture to 100-120℃, grinding for 1-2 hours, forming grease, and cooling to obtain finished graphene grease; and production device of graphene grease.
