▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing antistatic hybrid coating solution, comprises (a) dispersing graphene powder in first dispersant to obtain graphene dispersion solution, (b) dispersing at least one of carbon powder and carbon nanotubes (CNT) powder in a second dispersant to prepare a carbon dispersion solution, and (c) mixing the graphene dispersion solution and the carbon dispersion solution with each other. USE - The antistatic hybrid coating solution is useful in heat radiation paste and heat radiation ink for sensor electrodes i.e. biosensor, and substrate processing equipment to produce displays and semiconductor parts. ADVANTAGE - The solution has antistatic function, can be produced in short time, and prevents static electricity, when used in paste for sensor electrodes i.e. biosensor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for antistatic hybrid coating solution produced by the above method.
