NOVELTY - A graphene-containing silicon rubber thermal-interface material comprises 40-60 pts. wt. silicone rubber matrix, 20-30 pts. wt. aluminum nitride, 15-25 pts. wt. dopamine, 20-35 pts. wt. 20 mmol/L silver nitrate solution, 1-3 pts. wt. hydroxy silicone oil, 2-5 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 0.5-2 pts. wt. graphene, 0.2-0.8 pt. wt. sodium dodecyl sulfate and deionized water, tris-hydrochloride buffer solution and toluene. USE - Graphene-containing silicon rubber thermal-interface material is used for LED. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-containing silicon rubber thermal-interface material has excellent thermal conductivity and heat-dissipation property.
