▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacturing monocrystalline graphene, involves supplying an aromatic carbon gas onto a single-crystalline metal catalyst to manufacture the monocrystalline graphene. USE - Method for manufacturing monocrystalline graphene for displays, secondary batteries, solar cells, light-emitting devices, catalysts and sensors. ADVANTAGE - The method enables effective growth of monocrystalline graphene with single-layer structure and excellent electron mobility, strength, thermal conductivity, and transparency, under low-temperature conditions such as less than or equal to 100degreesC or at room temperature without an additional heat supply, and suppressing of the formation of wrinkles on the graphene due to thermal expansion coefficient difference between the substrate and the graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a system for manufacturing the monocrystalline graphene, which comprises a chemical vapor deposition apparatus comprising a chamber.
