NOVELTY - The structure has an upper protective layer (8), an upper insulating film (6), a middle insulating film, a lower insulating film (10) and a lower protective layer (12) which are compounded and fixed in sequence from top to bottom. One surface of the intermediate insulating film is uniformly coated with a graphene coating. The two ends of the graphene coating are fixed with mutually parallel elongated copper foils by conductive glue. One end of the copper foil extends beyond the edge of the intermediate insulating film to form an electrode welding end, intermediate insulating film, graphene coating and copper foil form conductor components. The upper insulating film and the lower insulating film completely cover the conductor assembly to form a sealed insulating structure around the circumference. An electrode cable welding hole penetrating the upper protective layer and the upper insulating film is provided above the electrode welding end. USE - Graphene heating film packaging structure. ADVANTAGE - The structure provides good insulation, small risk of electric leakage and short circuit, capability of realizing automatic continuous production, welding, modular assembly and low cost.
