▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing cutting-resistant graphene-modified carbon fiber filaments comprises (a) dispersing the functionalized graphene powder in a solvent to form a graphene dispersion, (b) dispersing the carbon fiber precursor in a solvent to form a carbon fiber precursor solution, (c) mixing the graphene dispersion and the carbon fiber precursor solution uniformly to form a graphene-modified carbon fiber precursor solution, (d) using the graphene-modified carbon fiber precursor solution as a spinning raw liquid, and spinning to produce a graphene-modified carbon fiber precursor, and (e) pre-oxidizing the graphene-modified carbon fiber precursor, and carbonizing in a protective atmosphere. USE - The method is useful for preparing cutting-resistant graphene-modified carbon fiber filaments. ADVANTAGE - The composite fiber has excellent comprehensive performance, good cutting resistance effect, and broad application prospects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for cutting-resistant graphene-modified carbon fiber filaments prepared by the above-mentioned method.
