NOVELTY - Negative oxygen ion leather finishing auxiliary agent comprises 100 pts. wt. water, 0.5-20 pts. wt. negative oxygen ion material, 0.5-3 pts. wt. chitosan, 0.25-9 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 0.01-0.05 pts. wt. activating agent, 0.01-0.05 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 1-5 pts. wt. acidic substance. USE - The negative oxygen ion leather finishing auxiliary agent is useful for preparing leather top coating agent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The auxiliary agent: solves the problem of negative oxygen ion powder and leather surface falling off due to weak contact in the existing method; achieves the increase of binding of negative oxygen ions to the surface of leather; and improves abrasion resistance, dry scrub resistance, and wet scrub resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing negative oxygen ion leather finishing auxiliary agent, comprising mixing acidic substance with water to obtain acidic mixture, then dissolving chitosan in acidic mixed solution, adding polyethylene glycol and activating agent, adjusting the pH to 3-4 and reacting at 25-35 degrees C for 3-5 hours, then adding graphene oxide, and heating at 35-60 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours to obtain chitosan modified polyethylene glycol solution, then adding negative oxygen ion material into chitosan modified polyethylene glycol solution, adjusting the pH to 3-4.5 and reacting at 35-50 degrees C for 1-3 hours, slowly cooling to 25-35 degrees C and maintaining the temperature for 2-4 hours to obtain chitosan and polyethylene glycol modified negative oxygen ion solution, then evaporating and concentrating to 3-10% solid content to obtain final product; (2) preparing leather top coating agent, comprising mixing water, negative oxygen ion leather finishing auxiliary agent and film-forming agent based on the ratio of 1:1:2, and mixing uniformly to obtain final product; and (3) leather top coating agent prepared by above method.
