▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The composite material comprises reduced graphene oxide whose thickness is ranged from about 80nm, 30nm-200nm. The size of silver nano particles is ranged from about 30nm and 5nm-60nm. The sensor is encapsulated in a coating selected from a group comprising parylene (RTM: chemical vapor deposited poly(p-xylylene) polymer) and room temperature vulcanized silicone compound (RTV). USE - Composite material for sensing reduced graphene oxide and silver nano particles, for electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The sensitivity, higher response time and flexibility aspects of composite material are improved, so that the device size and the energy consumption are minimized. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparation of composite material.
