▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method for preparing graphene/graphene oxide-carbon nanotube composite material involves (a) ultrasonically dispersing graphene/graphene oxide in mixed solution of ethanol and water to obtain a dispersion liquid, (b) adding iron-containing nanocatalyst and sulfur-containing substance to the dispersion liquid, (c) hydrothermally reacting the mixed dispersion liquid, naturally cooling to room temperature, centrifuging the product, washing and drying to obtain a reaction product, (d) carrying out deposition on the reaction product by a chemical vapor deposition method, dividing the deposition into 3 temperature zones including a gasification zone, a constant temperature zone (I) and a constant temperature zone (II), introducing argon and hydrogen, introducing carbon source so that the carbon source sequentially passes through the gasification zone, constant-temperature zone (I) and constant-temperature zone (II) and growing nanocarbon on the surface of the reaction product. USE - Method is useful for preparing graphene/graphene oxide-carbon nanotube composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent mechanical and electrical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The dispersion liquid in the step (a) has graphene/graphene oxide content of 0.1-5 mg/ml. The temperature in the gasification zone is 150-600 degrees C under vacuum conditions and the temperature of the constant temperature zone (I) and a constant temperature zone (II) is 1100-1400 degrees C.
