▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The body has a substrate (1) provided with a silver substrate (2) that is formed with an insulating layer (3). A graphene layer is provided with two graphene layers, where the first graphene layer is directly located on the insulating layer. A metal nano belt is arranged below the second graphene layer and located on a surface of a structure, where thickness of the silver substrate is measured for about 100 nm. The insulating layer comprises Aluminum oxide, where thickness of the insulating layer is measured as 5 nm-15 nm. USE - Graphene/metal nano-belt structure based near infrared absorbing body. ADVANTAGE - The body can reach perfect absorption of specific wavelength by adjusting structure geometric parameter.
