NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene nanoribbon involves placing metal substrate in acid having concentration of 0.01-1 mol/L, etching for 0.5-10 minutes, heating at 600-900 degrees C under anaerobic condition, irradiating UV ray, processing using protective gas and carbon-containing gas for 30-300 minutes, obtaining metal substrate surface containing carbon nanowall, mixing resultant carbon nanowall and chloride intercalation agent in the ratio of 1:0.8-1.2, heating at 460-550 degrees C for 2-6 hours, mixing with ionic liquid, placing resultant mixture in constant magnetic field and filtering. USE - Manufacture of graphene nanoribbon (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene nanoribbon having high electroconductivity. The flow rate of carbon-containing gas is 10-1000 sccm. The ratio of carbon-containing gas and protective gas is 2-10:1.
