▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An aptamer modified graphene FET antibiotic sensor comprises a gate (1), a source (3) and a drain (4). The surface of the gate is covered with a single-sided silicon oxide wafer as an electrode substrate (2), which is loaded with a graphene layer (5), a bridge source and a drain. A graphene layer is deposited with a probe linker (6), where the probe linker is connected with an aptamer detection probe (7), the source, the drain and gate are connected to the semiconductor analyzer to detect the response signal. An aptamer detection probe is connected to the probe linker and the source, the drain and the gate are connected to the semiconductor analyzer to detect the response signal. USE - Aptamer modified graphene FET antibiotic sensor. ADVANTAGE - The aptamer modified graphene FET antibiotic sensor has excellent detection ability for tobramycin in water, high chemical stability and stable signal output capability and excellent selectivity. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a side sectional view of an aptamer modified graphene FET antibiotic sensor.
