▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A highly sensitive detection nitrogen dioxide sensor preparing method involves configuring graphene oxide an aqueous graphene oxide solution, adding ethylenediamine and distilled water to aqueous graphene oxide solution, stirring well, adding ethylenediamine and concentrated hydrochloric acid, stirring at room temperature for 2-3 hours, placing in a hydrothermal kettle at 110-130 degrees c for 12-48 hours, washing with water and ethanol solution to neutrality, redispersing into an ethanol solution to obtain an ethanol solution the tin oxide/ethylenediamine graphene composite material. The ethanol solution of tin dioxide/ethylene diamine graphene composite material is applied by drop or spin coating on silver palladium. The ceramic electrode of the interdigitated electrode is repeatedly coated 4-20 times and dried in an oven at 60-65 degrees C for 24-72 hours to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing highly sensitive detection nitrogen dioxide sensor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A highly sensitive detection nitrogen dioxide sensor preparing method involves configuring graphene oxide an aqueous graphene oxide solution, adding ethylenediamine and distilled water to aqueous graphene oxide solution, stirring well, reacting at 80-95 degrees C for 8-24 hour, washing product by centrifugation with distilled water and redispersing product in distilled water to obtain ethylenediamine aqueous graphene solution, dissolving tetrachloride pentahydrate in water, adding ethylenediamine and concentrated hydrochloric acid, stirringroom temperature for 2-3 hours, placing in a hydrothermal kettle at 110-130 degrees c for 12-48 hours, washing with water and ethanol solution to neutrality, redispersing into an ethanol solution to obtain an ethanol solution the tin oxide/ethylenediamine graphene composite material.
