▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - High-adhesion super-hydrophobic photocurable coating is prepared by (i) uniformly mixing 40-60 parts mass polyurethane acrylate oligomer, 1.5-3 parts mass photoinitiator, 0.5-1 part mass trioctyl phosphite, 3.2-6.7 parts mass synergist and 6-10 parts mass filler and coating on surface of substrate, and (ii) irradiating the coating under UV light with an intensity of 15-30 mw/cm2 for 1-10 seconds to obtain an incompletely cured coating, turning off the UV light, spraying a layer of inorganic nanoparticle dispersion on the surface of the coating, and irradiating with UV light with an intensity of 15-30 mw/cm2 for 10-30 seconds to completely cure the coating to obtain the high-adhesion, super-hydrophobic photocurable coating. USE - As high-adhesion super-hydrophobic photocurable coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating increases the contact angle and improves the anti-fouling ability, and does not reduce the adhesion of the coating on the surface of the substrate.
