NOVELTY - Preparation of silicon-based modified graphene lubricating oil involves adding reduced graphene oxide and amino group-containing silicon compound in a mass ratio of 1:0.5-1:5 to an organic solvent (s1), stirring at 70-90 degrees C for 30 minutes, reacting for 0.5-3 hours, obtaining a silicon-based modified graphene solution, dispersing an acrylic resin in organic solvent (s2), adding 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide and N-hydroxysuccinimide, reacting at 50-70 degrees C for 0.5-3 hours, obtaining 1-20% activated acrylic resin dispersion, adding ethylenediamine, reacting at 60-80 degrees C for 0.5-5 hours, obtaining an aminoacrylic acid solution, adding Span 80 (RTM: sorbitan monooleate), reacting at 60-90 degrees C for 2-4 hours, obtaining graphene dispersant solution, simultaneously adding the silicon-based modified graphene solution and graphene dispersant solution to base oil, reacting at 50-90 degrees C for 0.5-24 hours, vacuuming, and evaporating to remove organic solvent. USE - Preparation of silicon-based modified graphene lubricating oil. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of silicon-based modified graphene lubricating oil having excellent high-temperature resistance, without generation of agglomeration. The lubricating oil does not blocked in machine when used. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The mass ratio of ethylenediamine and acrylic resin is 1:1-15:1. The mass ratio of Span 80 (RTM: sorbitan monooleate) and acrylic resin is 1:1-5:1.
