NOVELTY - The sensor has an air pressure sensor comprises a first micro-cavity and a second micro-cavity. An output end of a broadband light source and an input end of a spectrum analyzer are connected with a port of a coupler through an optical fiber. The first micro-cavity is connected with the second micro-cavity FPI-2 and two ports of the coupler through the optical fiber. The first micro-cavity is formed by welding single-mode optical fiber. An end of a hollow optical fiber is sequentially plated with a graphene oxide film and a gold film through a hollow optical fiber. The hollow optical fiber is located between two sections of a single-mode optical fiber, where length of the hollow optical fiber is aboud 25 m. USE - Coating function featured vernier-sensitized optical fiber air pressure sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor improves sensitivity of the vernier sensitization optical fiber air pressure sensor combined with coating technology and accuracy of air pressure detection.
