NOVELTY - Mask device (10) comprises outer mask, light emitted diode (LED) module located on inner surface of outer mask (100) and having multiple of combinations of LED chips and wires emitting LED light of different wavelength bands installed to correspond to face, inner mask fastened to outer mask in state in which the LED module is interposed, and made of mixture of thermoplastic resin and single-layer graphene, cylindrical eye shield having one end fastened to inner eye through hole of inner mask and other end protruding so as to be in close contact with wearer's eyes, controller (200) that provides power and light control signal to LED module, and includes power/mode setting switch located outside, and LED display unit located around power/mode setting switch and mobile terminal (300) connected to controller through controller communication unit and transmitting light control signal according to setting of built-in application to LED module by interworking with controller. USE - The mask device is useful for caring skin and improving skin beauty. ADVANTAGE - The mask device: emits far-infrared rays that simultaneously exhibit effects i.e warming, aging, self-cleaning, wet and dry, neutralizing and resonance, improves wrinkles, skin regeneration, inflammation healing, and resistance to UV rays.
