▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Continuously preparing three-dimensional in situ graphene reinforced metal base composite material involves transporting the foam metal strip to the high temperature vacuum heat treatment furnace of hydrogen reducing atmosphere not lower than 1000degrees Celsius through the conveying belt, keeping for at least 30 minutes, and cooling to room temperature, using unreeling device to roll the graphene foam metal strips after cooling, using unloading device to stack the multi-layer graphene foam strip, conveying the stacked multilayer graphene foam sheet to the continuous hot rolling area through the conveyor belt, continuously hot rolling for multiple times, and finally cooling to the room temperature under the atmosphere protection condition, so as to finish the high-temperature forming and densification process of the graphene metal-based composite material. USE - Method for continuous preparation of three-dimensional in-situ graphene-reinforced metal-based composite material used in aerospace, automobile, and microelectronic fields. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare three-dimensional in-situ graphene-reinforced metal-based composite material, which has high bonding degree, high quality, and excellent performance. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a three-dimensional in-situ graphene-reinforced metal-based composite material preparation flow diagram. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
