▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacturing secondary battery anode material with graphene-carbon nanotube-silicon-containing composite material comprises performing surface-modification of silicon particles with an alkoxysilane-based surface modifier to obtain silicon particles surface-modified with alkoxysilane-based surface modifier, ultrasonically dispersing silicon particles surface-modified with alkoxysilane-based surface modifier, graphene oxide, carbon nanotubes and lithium titanate in a solvent, then freeze-drying and crushing to obtain a graphene-carbon nanotube-silicon composite material powder, calcining the graphene-carbon nanotube-silicon composite material powder, cooling and mixing with a fluorine-based polymer. USE - The anode material is useful for coating on a current collector by electrospray method (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The anode material: is economical; and has higher electrical conductivity, excellent mechanical strength and high stability i.e. reduction in volume expansion rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene-carbon nanotube-silicon-containing composite secondary battery anode material.
