▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composite comprises a block copolymer including alkyl-based first structural unit (I), a ketone-based second structural unit (II), and a ketone-based third structural unit (III); and a polyvalent metal ion coordinating with the side chain group of the block copolymer. USE - The composite is useful in photoelectric device, thermal sensing device and electronic device for sensing heat or infrared light (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite improves stretchability while maintaining excellent charge mobility and electrical properties; and can be applied to electronic devices requiring high stretchability and healing ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Composite comprises a block copolymer including alkyl-based first structural unit of formula (I), a ketone-based second structural unit of formula (II), and a ketone-based third structural unit of formula (III); and a polyvalent metal ion coordinating with the side chain group of the block copolymer. R11, R12 and R13 = H or 1-6C alkyl; L11 and L12 = single bond, 1-10C alkylene (optionally substituted), 2-20C alkylene in which at least one methylene group is replaced with linking group including -O-, -S-, -C(=O)-, -S(=O)-, -S(=O)2-, -C(=O)-O-, -OC(=O)-, or -C(=O)NR-, or 6-10C arylene (optionally substituted); R = H or 1-6C alkyl; L13 = single bond, optionally substituted 1-20C alkylene, 3-20C cycloalkylene, or 6-20C arylene; X1 = carboxy, sulfonic acid group ((-S(=O)2OH) and/or phosphoric acid group (-O-P(=O)(OH)2); Y1 = hydroxy, alkoxy (OR'), ester (C(=O)OR'), sulfonic acid ester group (-S(=O)2OR'), phosphate ester group (-OP(=O)(OR)2), amine, isocyanate (-N=C=O), or urethane group (-NHC(=O)OR'); R' = straight-chain or branched 1-10C alkyl; and Z1 = 1-20C straight-chain or branched alkyl, 6-30C aryl, 3-30C heteroaryl, 3-30C cycloalkyl, or 3-30C heterocycloalkyl (all are optionally substituted). INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) photoelectric device comprising the composite; and (2) thermal sensing device comprising the composite.
