▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene aggregates involves oxidizing a layered graphite, an oxidizing agent and an acid solution to obtain expandable graphite, and subjecting the expandable graphite to a high-temperature solid-phase treatment at 500 degrees C or more, in an inert atmosphere in the presence of a volatile organic amine vapor. The volatile organic amine vapor is obtained by performing vaporization of an organic amine compound (I). USE - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene aggregates used as conductive material or anode/cathode material for lithium-ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides nitrogen-doped graphene aggregates having improved electroconductivity and dispersibility in N-methylpyrrolidone. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The organic amine compound is of formula: H2N-R1-R2 (I). R1 = 1-5C aliphatic hydrocarbyl or 6-10C aryl;and R2 = H or NH2.
