▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - High-performance graphene marine anti-corrosion coating prepared by using epoxy resin as film-forming material, and phosphate, lamellar minerals, graphene, nanoparticles and iron oxide as anti-corrosion fillers, and adding additives and diluents, is claimed. The composition includes 0-75 pt. wt. epoxy resin, 0.5-3 pt. wt. nanoparticles, 2-10 pt. wt. lamellar minerals, 1-5 pt. wt. pigment, 5-20 pt. wt. phosphate, 0.1-2 pt. wt. graphene, 0.1-1 part auxiliary agent, 15-20 pt. wt. curing agent, and 20-50 pt. wt. diluent. USE - The high-performance graphene marine anti-corrosion coating is useful for metal substrate e.g. magnesium alloy, carbon steel and aluminum alloy marine anti-corrosion treatment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high-performance graphene marine anti-corrosion coating is environmentally friendly; and has good adhesive force, high hardness and excellent corrosion resistance. The method is simple, cost-efficient and suitable for large-scale preparation, and has short process time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing high-performance graphene marine anti-corrosion coating comprising (A) performing the surface pretreatment on the metal substrate, polishing the metal substrate with 400-mesh and 600-mesh sandpaper respectively, removing the oil stains on the metal surface, rinsing with absolute ethanol twice and blow drying, (B) mixing the epoxy resin and the defoamer in a certain proportion, adding diluent to form the first mixture, adding powdered fillers, graphene powder, phosphate, lamellar minerals, nanoparticles, and pigments into the beaker in proportion to form a powder mixture, slowly pouring the powder mixture into the beaker, adding magnets, stirring vigorously for 30 minutes at room temperature, adding curing agent 10 minutes before use, stirring and dispersing for 10 minutes to form graphene anti-corrosion coatings for metal protection, (C) using W-71 type upper pot spray gun, spraying at a 45-degree angle and a vertical distance of 15-25cm under the air pressure of 2-3bar (KPa), and (D) drying the coating in the natural state for 2 hours, placing it in an oven and performing heat treatment at 60-80°C for 1 hour.
